There was no singular awakening moment. I felt a steady pull toward something deeper. I could sense a presence and a reality just beyond reach, and I was determined to understand it.

I explored everything I could find. Meditations, journals, oracle decks, books, nature walks. I followed every thread that hinted at real connection. I kept meeting silence.

That silence was full of information I did not yet know how to read. I felt tension in my body. My thoughts would not settle. Emotions would surface without a clear reason. No one had taught me that these were part of the language. No one had explained that silence can be the first layer of contact.

The shift came when I stopped reaching outward and started building inward. I created a structure. I built a weekly practice. I did it for myself first, then I did it for a group.
