Spirit Guide Communication: The Boardroom Method

Spirit Guides & Divine Connection

The Spirit Guide Boardroom Communication Series – Post 2

Before You Read This Second Post in the Spirit Guide Communication Series…

If you haven’t read the first post in this series, Spirit Guides and Their Messages: Everything You Know Is Wrong, start there.

That first post dismantled the biggest myths about spirit guide communication—why most people unknowingly block their own guidance, how to ensure you’re calling in the right beings, and why balancing cosmic and nature intelligence is non-negotiable.

Now, we move into the next step: setting up the meeting.

My methods aren’t about waiting for signs or hoping for a message to drop in, wasting your rarest resource—time—while relying on poetry and metaphor-reading skills to decode cryptic guidance (although I love doing that too!)

What I’m teaching in this series is a structured system for direct, high-level communication—the kind that delivers fast, clear, and actionable answers, just like a well-run strategy meeting.

As always, please know that I deeply respect everyone’s unique experiences. What I share here is what I have personally found to be true through decades of work and relationships with others in the industry who (sometimes silently) feel the same.

My work is designed to disrupt the status quo with new information presented to me by Source and Universal Intelligence—delivered for those who feel drawn to it and ready to create real, transformative change, quickly and easily.

If this approach doesn’t align with you, that’s completely okay. There are many paths to truth, and I encourage everyone to follow their own.

By the End of This Post, You’ll Know How to:

  • Assemble your Spiritual Board of Directors, ensuring every guide at the table serves a purpose.
  • Balance cosmic and nature intelligence so your guidance is both expansive and practical.
  • Structure a spirit-led agenda, so your meetings don’t spiral into vague or overwhelming messages.

Once you’ve built your board, we’ll move into Post Three: Running the Meeting—where I’ll break down how to open, lead, and conduct a high-level strategy session with your guides.

And in Post Four, we’ll go even deeper—breaking down the exact methods for receiving clear, undeniable answers through muscle testing and pendulum work.

But first—before we ever sit down at the table—let’s build the boardroom.

The Missing Piece in Spirit Guide Communication

Most people think of spirit guide communication as something passive.

They wait for signs.
They hope for nudges.
They look for external validation instead of direct, structured guidance.

But what if that’s not how it’s supposed to work anymore?

What if, instead of waiting for signs for an important set of questions you have, you could sit down in a structured meeting with your spirit guides—just like a CEO sitting at a boardroom table with their executive team?

  • An agenda.
  • A clear decision-making process.
  • Fast, direct answers you can actually use.
  • A spirit and higher-self-created task list to execute alongside free will after the meeting closes.

That’s what this post is about.

This kind of spirit guide communication isn’t just about asking the simple one off questions.
It’s about running a high-level strategy meeting with your spiritual board of directors, for any (and I mean ANY) area of your life.

Where This Method Came From (And Why It’s a Game Changer)

I didn’t come up with this overnight. This entire method started with a sign—a real one.

A few years ago, my friend Corynthia Soul Ascender, master channeler of 5D beings and medical intuitive healer, was staying at my house for a couple months.

That time in my life? Pure, unfiltered spiritual Harry Potter.

  • Unseen forces.
  • Hologram homework assignments from my guides.
  • Encounters with beings that most people pretend don’t exist.
  • Spirit guide communication in ways I’d never imagined possible.
  • Deeply innovative exercises to hone my channeling.
  • Entities that spoke to all five of us in the house—each of us waking up to our own “WTF just happened overnight?” story to unpack at breakfast.
  • Healing sessions from across the room that threw me backwards from the power.

It was a wild spiritual training ground.

One day, completely casually, Corynthia mentioned that she cheekily calls her guides her “Upper Management.

The second she said those words, after the charm of the idea floated away, an idea hit me like a 2×4 to the face.

  • My entire being lit up.
  • My cells tingled.
  • My past, present and future timeline started firing.
  • My DNA literally rang with recognition and memory.

I had no clue where it would lead, but I knew one thing: This concept so true to me I immediately asked her if I could adopt and use it – no idea why at the time… but years later I’m seeing why. But mine told me they aren’t “Upper Management,” They’re my Board of Directors. I still give that AHA method to her, and always her. Thanks, Corynthia!

From that moment on, I haven’t gone a single day without somehow acknowledging them as such and growing into structured communication with my guides in this capacity. This term silently became my North Star—a subtle but constant evolution of how I worked with them.

And now, years later, it’s leading to something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

The Biggest Trap in Spirit Guide Communication – The Ego

Most people approach spirit guide communication the way they approach human relationships—by wanting to know names, see faces, and gather “proof” that their guides exist.

This is where the first—and biggest—ego trap lies.

The human mind craves labels. It wants to categorize and define everything in neat little boxes. But when it comes to working with your Spiritual Board of Directors, identification is not the goal—connection is.

Why You Don’t Need to “Know” Your Guides by Name or Face

I get it. The idea of having a clear, named spirit guide—one you can talk to like a best friend—feels comforting. It makes the unseen world feel more tangible.

But here’s the truth: that’s just your ego talking.

If you knew for certain that your main guide was, say, Mother Mary, what would actually change? Would you suddenly trust the guidance more? Would the answers carry more weight?

If the answer is yes, then you’re relying on external validation instead of internal knowing. And that’s a problem.

Woman in meditation with guides who have no faces.

The Fastest Way to Strengthen Your Connection: Let Go of Labels

Your spirit guides don’t care if you know their names. They care if you show up, listen, and take action.

Stop waiting for “proof” and start trusting the information that comes through.
top trying to “see” your guides with your physical eyes. They communicate through energy, not human form.

Stop overcomplicating it—the message matters more than the messenger.

The more you obsess over who is speaking, the harder it will be to hear what they’re saying.

This is why, when I call my Spiritual Board of Directors, I don’t waste time trying to figure out who’s who. I just initiate, and I know they’re there.

The #1 Ego-Driven Block: Thinking You Need to “See” or “Feel” Something to Believe It

If you’ve ever sat in meditation waiting for some grand vision—some undeniable moment of clarity where a glowing light form materializes before your eyes—you’re setting yourself up for frustration.

Spirit doesn’t work that way. Your Board of Directors operates on subtle, energetic intelligence.

✔ Some people feel sensations like tingles or pressure shifts.
✔ Some people experience thoughts that “drop in” out of nowhere.
✔ Some people just know without knowing how they know.

All of these are valid forms of communication. Expecting a Hollywood-style apparition is one of the fastest ways to block the connection entirely.

How to Drop the Ego & Actually Start Connecting

If you want to communicate with your Board effectively, you need to get out of your own way.

  • Step 1: Set the intention for clear, aligned communication.
  • Step 2: Ask Yes/No questions without expectation—just presence. Then use the Peripheral Question Method (review post 1 in the series).
  • Step 3: Trust that your guides are there, even if you don’t “see” or “feel” them.
  • Step 4: Focus on the information, not the source.

When you stop demanding proof, the communication flows effortlessly.

If you’re still having problems dropping the ego and letting spirit guide communication flow, learn more about my membership, the I AM Method. Check it out here.

So, now that we’ve dropped our ego and understand that we don’t need to know who we’re talking to… let’s shift into the good stuff: how to call in a meeting to get actual answers, and an actionable plan for questions in any and every area of your life. Ready? I am, let’s go!

A woman sitting in her kitchen writing out an agenda to ask her spirit guides.

Spirit Guide Communication: Setting the Agenda

Most people make the mistake of jumping straight into a spirit guide communication without knowing what they actually need guidance on. This is where communication gets vague, overwhelming, or ineffective.

If you don’t start with a clear agenda, you’re leaving the session wide open for any energy, any guide, or any random insight to show up. This leads to scattered, inconsistent guidance and makes it difficult to take real action.

A structured boardroom meeting starts with intention.

Every spirit-led session must begin with a clear agenda that sets the focus, determines who needs to be involved, and ensures the guidance received is relevant, precise, and actionable.

Why Every Spirit Guide Boardroom Meeting Starts with an Agenda

Your spirit guides are not here to make your decisions for you. Their role is to provide clarity, strategy, and support. But if you don’t come prepared with a clear focus, you’ll end up pulling in fragmented insights that may or may not be useful.

The agenda filters the noise and ensures you are calling in the right intelligence for the right reason.

Think of it this way: If you walked into a corporate boardroom and told the executives, “I just need help with life,” they’d have no idea where to start. But if you said, “I need a strategy for launching a new product in the next 60 days,” they would immediately provide clear, targeted recommendations.

The same applies when working with your guides.

How to Structure a High-Level Agenda for a Spirit Guide Meeting

A high-powered CEO wouldn’t walk into a meeting and let every voice in the room speak at once. They’d set a clear agenda, call on the most relevant experts, and ensure that only those with the right insight contribute.

Spirit guide communication works the same way.

When guidance feels vague, conflicting, or nonexistent, there’s always a reason: most people unknowingly invite an unbalanced, or incorrect team into the conversation.

Different guides specialize in different areas.

That’s why The Boardroom Method requires a balanced council—both cosmic and Earth-based—so you get spiritual intelligence that actually applies to your real-world, 3D life.

1. Setting the Core Intention of the Spirit Guide Boardroom Meeting

Before calling in guides, before structuring questions, before doing anything else—you need clarity on what you’re here for. The Spirit Guide Boardroom exists to facilitate immediate action and advancement, not to entertain passive reflections.

A strong meeting starts with a clearly defined intention, structured in three parts:

The Foundation

This is the core purpose of the meeting. It defines what you’re seeking guidance on, framed in a way that allows for practical, grounded answers.

  • What is the core focus of this session?
  • What outcome am I working toward?
  • What information, insights, or solutions do I need in order to move forward?

Examples:

  • Gardening: I want to plan a successful vegetable and herb garden for this season that is abundant, well-timed, and easy to maintain.
  • Business: I want to create a strategic marketing plan for my new business that aligns with my time, energy, and long-term goals.
  • Family Gathering: I want to navigate this upcoming event in a way that prioritizes peace, boundaries, and emotional balance.

This step creates the container for the meeting.

The Assumptions

Your assumptions are your current beliefs, perspectives, and understanding of the subject at hand. They shape how you approach decisions, what you believe is possible, and what limitations you unconsciously accept as fact.

They are the rules you believe life operates by—what you call true or false, right or wrong, and the cause-and-effect patterns you expect. “If I do this, then that will happen.” “This is possible for others, but not for me.” “Success works like this.” These aren’t fixed realities; they are simply the mental frameworks your mind has built based on your experiences and memories.

This is why people see the world so differently. It’s why two people can go through the same event and remember it in completely different ways. We’re all operating from our own set of “rules,” filtering reality through the patterns we’ve picked up over time.

Model of the World

Your assumptions come from your model of the world—the mental framework that interprets everything you experience. It’s shaped by your upbringing, culture, personal history, and subconscious conditioning, defining what you see as possible, realistic, or true. But here’s the key: it’s not reality itself. It’s just your version of reality, shaped by what you’ve encountered so far.

Most people never question this. Their beliefs feel like absolute truths when they’re actually just perspectives. The way you think about success, relationships, money, or even your own potential is shaped by this lens. And because it feels so familiar, it’s easy to assume, “This is just how things are, and I’m always right.”

By recognizing this, you open the door for a major shift. If what you believe is just a framework, then that means it can be expanded, adjusted, or rewritten—allowing for new possibilities you couldn’t see before.

Your guides can help with anything, but if you don’t clearly define your assumptions—whether they are truths, practical needs, or limiting beliefs you haven’t uncovered yet—you might receive guidance that may be dissonant with your current reality.

Instead of asking, “What’s the best way to run my business?”
You define the conditions:

  • From my current knowledge and belief set, my boundaries are as follows:
    • Gardening: I can dedicate no more than six hours per week to maintenance. The space available is limited to my backyard and one raised bed.”
    • Business: My budget for marketing is $2,000. I want a strategy that prioritizes organic reach before paid ads.”
    • Family Gathering: I am willing to stay for three hours, no more. I will not engage in conversations about politics or family drama.”

By clearly defining these factors beforehand, your guides can deliver guidance that actually fits into your life, usually without unnecessary resistance.

The Expansion Clause

This ensures you don’t unknowingly block yourself from opportunities beyond your current understanding and Model of the World through your spirit guide communication.

  • Finish up each meeting’s Core Intention with:
    • “I am open to new methods, opportunities, and knowledge unfolding that may change my beliefs and foundations of this intention, for my greatest alignment, wisdom, ease, and for the highest good of all.”

This keeps every session aligned with your highest expansion while respecting your current boundaries and lived reality.

Example 1: Gardening (Recreation & Home Life)

“I am planning my seasonal garden to be abundant, aligned with nature, and manageable for my schedule.” My beliefs around this are the following: I can only dedicate six hours per week to maintenance. My available space is limited to my backyard and one raised bed. I assume I need to follow a specific planting schedule based on past seasons. I believe organic-only methods are the best approach for my health and the environment. I am open to new methods, opportunities, and knowledge unfolding that may change my beliefs and foundations of this intention, for my greatest alignment, wisdom, ease, and for the highest good of all.”

Example 2: Business (Career & Finances)

“I am creating a strategic marketing plan for my new business that aligns with my time, energy, and long-term goals.” My beliefs around this are the following: I assume my budget for marketing is $2,000, and I need to start with organic strategies before paid ads. I believe I can only dedicate five hours per week to marketing efforts. I assume social media will be my primary lead generator, and I need to post regularly to grow my audience. I believe I need at least six months before I’ll see real financial returns. I am open to new methods, opportunities, and knowledge unfolding that may change my beliefs and foundations of this intention, for my greatest alignment, wisdom, ease, and for the highest good of all.”

Example 3: Family Gathering (Relationships & Emotional Boundaries)

“I am preparing for this event in a way that allows me to feel present, centered, and free from unnecessary emotional burdens.” My beliefs around this are the following: I assume I will only be comfortable staying for three hours before I feel drained. I believe I need to avoid certain conversations to maintain peace. I assume I need to set clear energetic and emotional boundaries with specific family members. I believe I need an exit strategy in case the energy shifts and I no longer want to be there. I am open to new methods, opportunities, and knowledge unfolding that may change my beliefs and foundations of this intention, for my greatest alignment, wisdom, ease, and for the highest good of all.”

With this three-part framework in place, your Spirit Guide Boardroom meeting begins with structure, direction, and space for growth.

2. Establishing Discussion Points & Converting to Binary Questions

A woman, deep in contemplation, face to face with her guide, letting them give her answers.

Using the Peripheral Question Method: Structuring the Spirit Guide Boardroom Agenda

A well-structured agenda follows a logical flow, just like in a high-level business strategy session. The goal is to set up the discussion, explore relevant factors, and leave space for adjustments if new information shifts the conversation.

But to do this effectively, you must understand how to ask the right questions.

This is where the Peripheral Question Method comes in.

What is the Peripheral Question Method?

The Peripheral Question Method is a structured way of asking questions that helps you uncover the real issue at hand—not just the surface-level problem you think you need guidance on.

Instead of focusing on the obvious or direct question, this method expands your awareness by asking strategic, surrounding questions that reveal deeper insights.

  • If you only ask about the immediate issue, you risk getting an answer that is too narrow or incomplete.
  • But if you ask peripheral questions, you start to see hidden patterns, overlooked influences, and connections you weren’t even considering.

This is why mastering the way you ask questions is essential for effective spirit guide communication.

Reminder: Go Back and Review Post 1

Before structuring your Spirit Guide Boardroom Agenda, it’s important to review the foundational concepts from Post 1 in this series:

✔ Why most people communicate with spirit guides the wrong way
✔ How guides actually send messages (and why it’s rarely what you expect)
✔ The dangers of asking the wrong questions
✔ Why your assumptions about the issue might be blocking clear guidance

If you haven’t read Spirit Guides and Their Messages: Everything You Know Is Wrong – now is the time to go back and review it. The insights from that post will completely change how you approach your boardroom agenda.

Structuring Your Spirit Guide Boardroom Agenda

With the Peripheral Question Method in mind, it’s time to apply it to your agenda.

Next, we’ll go through:

  • How to format high-level questions into yes/no structure for fast, clear answers.
  • How to allow real-time adjustments mid-meeting without losing structure.
  • How to ensure your agenda is flexible so you don’t get stuck on surface-level guidance.

This ensures that when you step into your boardroom session, you are fully prepared to receive precise, relevant, and immediately actionable guidance.

    • Should I meditate or ground myself before the event? Yes or no.
    • Should I set the intention to observe rather than absorb? Yes or no.
    • Should I avoid deep conversations with certain individuals? Yes or no.

This approach changes everything in Spirit Guide Communication.

  • It cuts out the guesswork by turning every topic into a clear, answerable decision. No more wandering in circles.
  • It ensures every answer is actionable by working with a pre-prepared list or framework. You’re not leaving things up to interpretation.
  • It eliminates overthinking by using Pendulum/Muscle Testing (MT) for fast, structured verification. No spiraling, no second-guessing.
  • It saves your energy by removing the need for long, drawn-out channeled responses. You get the guidance you need—quickly and efficiently.

When you structure your boardroom meeting this way, every session is focused, fast, and productive. You walk away with real answers, real direction, and a clear path forward. No fluff. No wasted energy. Just the guidance you need—when you need it.

Next Up: The Core Members of Your Spiritual Board of Directors

Now that you know why balance matters, it’s time to fill the seats at the table.

Next section: The Core Members of Your Spiritual Board of Directors

  • How to structure your board into four quadrants
  • The exact placement of nature intelligence vs. cosmic beings
  • Why your Higher Self is the CEO of the meeting

Balance Over Quantity

An artistic depiction of the cosmic and nature spirits, all communicating through lines representing energy and information.

A fully functional Spirit Guide Boardroom is only possible when all four forces are represented.

This isn’t about calling in as many guides as possible. It’s about:

  • Placing the right ones in the right roles.
  • Limiting attendance to ONLY those who matter for this specific meeting.

With this structure in place, your boardroom becomes a powerful, efficient, and highly attuned system for spirit-led decision-making.

Otherwise, you risk diluting and deluding your meeting, yourself, and your intentions.

Step 3: Assigning the Right Guides to Each Role

Now that the four core forces of the Spirit Guide Boardroom are established, the next step is filling these roles with the correct intelligence, ensuring each seat is occupied by the guides best suited to support your agenda.

This is not about randomly calling in spirit guides. It is about precision. Every being you invite must be necessary for this specific meeting, no more, no less.

Framework Architects – The Department Heads and Infrastructure Team

The Framework Architect, building a spiritual blueprint for their specific role.

This is where the structural intelligence of your meeting is set. The Framework Architects are the energetic blueprints of reality. They hold the form and function of how things work across all timelines, including things yet to come.

To determine which Framework Architects should be present, look at your meeting agenda. If this were a real-world organization, what department heads would be needed?

Example One: Gardening and Planning the Upcoming Season

  • Framework Architect of Gardening
  • Framework Architect of Soil Health
  • Framework Architect of Crop Rotation
  • Framework Architect of your specific garden
  • Framework Architect of Microclimate and Geographical Area
  • Framework Architect of Soil Amendments

This is your creation, so feel free to personalize it as needed. You can call in any specialized architect who holds the energetic structure for your focus.

Example Two: Business and Marketing Strategy for a Launch

  • Framework Architect of Business
  • Framework Architect of Online Marketing
  • Framework Architect of your specific business
  • Framework Architect of Financial Growth
  • Framework Architect of Content Creation
  • Framework Architect of Brand Strategy
  • Framework Architect of Social Media if applicable

The more specific, the better. Your architects create the foundation for your vision.

Example Three: Family Gathering and Managing Energy and Boundaries

  • Framework Architect of Family Harmony
  • Framework Architect of Clear Communication
  • Framework Architect of Emotional Balance
  • Framework Architect of Boundaries
  • Framework Architect of the land or home where the gathering will take place
  • Framework Architect of Agendas
  • Framework Architects related to emotional dynamics such as fear, anxiety, or grief

How to Select the Right Ones

  1. Write a list of potential Framework Architects related to your meeting topic.
  2. Use pendulum testing or muscle testing to identify which ones are essential for this specific session.
  3. Ask if there are additional Framework Architects that should be included.
  4. Be selective. You are holding space for these beings. The more you invite, the more energy it takes to sustain the meeting. Start with the most essential ones and build from there as your capacity grows.
  5. By grounding your meeting structure in this precise selection process, your Spirit Guide Boardroom remains balanced, efficient, and strategically aligned with exactly what you need.

Framework Intelligence – The Energetic Regulator and Structural Governance

Framework Intelligence serves as the regulator of the meeting space. It ensures that every force within the boardroom is balanced, aligned, and working in synergy.

Framework Intelligence governs:

  • The flow of communication, ensuring clarity and balance.
  • That cosmic intelligence does not override practical, earth-based intelligence.
  • That human perception does not override cosmic or earth-based intelligence.
  • That the session remains structured, equal, and efficient.
  • That all energies within the boardroom abide by a cohesive structure—acting as the Human (and Spirit) Resources department for the meeting.

In my experience, you do not need to communicate directly with Framework Intelligence. Simply call it in and trust it is doing its job.

Advisors – The Expansion Team

Woman looking at a paper with a pen, Spiritual Advisor by her side and suggesting changes.

This role holds the cosmic intelligence in the boardroom—the strategists and visionaries who bring in expansive, big-picture insights.

Instead of selecting individual guides, you will allow these guides to step forward naturally based on the Framework Architects you have already chosen.

Follow this process exactly:

  1. Look at the Framework Architects you wrote down.
  2. Write their titles in a new list. If you wrote “Framework Architect of Business,” “Framework Architect of Online Business,” or “Framework Architect of Entrepreneurship,” write Business, Online Business and Entrepreneurship down.
  3. At the top of the list, write this statement:
“The members of my Highest Cosmic Council team associated with (read list).”
Note: If you know your council, say, “the members of (name of council) associated with (read list).”

That is all you need to do. These guides are automatically aligned with:

  • The specific topics and structures being discussed.
  • The cosmic intelligence necessary for expansion.
  • The bigger-picture perspective needed for the meeting.

You do not need to know their names or see them. They already exist, perfectly aligned to the session, you, and the work you are doing.

By calling in the Framework Architects first, you automatically bring in the correct Advisors without second-guessing or overcomplicating the process.

No unnecessary distractions. Just pure, structured spirit-led intelligence.

Luminous Wisdom – The Marketing & Expression Team

A woman sitting inside wheels of light, depicting her four energetic bodies and soul's infinite wisdom.

The final seat in the boardroom belongs to Luminous Wisdom, representing your four light bodies and higher self. This role serves as the bridge between insight and expression, ensuring that what is received is not only understood, filtered through your soul’s complete knowledge, and then aligned for integration and action.

Luminous Wisdom ensures:

  • That your personal, conscious bias or Model of the World does not distort the session by filtering insights only through your higher self.
  • That every insight received fits into your overall growth and purpose.
  • That the right questions are being asked to extract the most relevant and impactful guidance.
  • That the guidance received is translated into a way you can express it—whether in thought, communication, action, or creation.
  • That your soul’s collected wisdom (Akashic Records) is sorted and sifted through, ensuring that the insights being presented align with your highest potential in this moment.

Much like a marketing team takes raw data, customer insights, and branding strategy to create a compelling and effective message, Luminous Wisdom refines, organizes, and ensures your inner wisdom is presented in the clearest and most resonant way. It filters through lifetimes of knowledge, ensuring that what comes forward is not just aligned, but timely, relevant, and actionable. This force helps shape how your guidance will be expressed into the greater world or consciousness, so that when the session ends, you (the CEO) have a refined, strategic path forward—ready for execution into the world.

Bringing It All Together: Why the Spirit Guide Boardroom Method Works

A woman standing in her garden with a spiritual boardroom table, connected energetically.

When most people try to connect with their spirit guides, they expect a single moment of clarity—a big sign, an obvious voice, or some lightning-strike insight that makes everything clear.

But real spirit guide communication usually doesn’t work like that.

  • It is not a one-time event.
  • It is not a guessing game.
  • It is not about sitting in silence, hoping the “right message” magically appears.

It is a process. A system. A co-creative conversation.

That is why we build the Spirit Guide Boardroom—not as a ritual, not as a meditation, but as a functional system where clarity, structure, and real-world action come together.

When you approach it this way, everything changes.

  • You stop wondering if you are making it up.
  • You stop spinning in vague guidance that does not lead anywhere.
  • You start getting answers that are specific, direct, and useful.

Now that you understand how to structure your boardroom, the next step is learning how to actually open the meeting.
