AKA: Meeting Your Spirit Guides Part 1

Discovering who is guiding us is always at the forefront of our minds when we open up to spirituality. It’s one of the most exciting and transformative aspects of the journey. Our Spirit Partners are here to support and guide us, but first, we must learn to recognize their presence and messages.
Let’s start with my own experience—who I work with, how they came to guide me, and some key insights you can use to begin working with yours.
My Board of Directors: Understanding Your Spirit Partners
Channeling and working with my Spirit Partners—or as I lovingly call them, my “Board of Directors”—has been one of the most profound experiences of my spiritual journey. These high-vibrational beings from nature, the cosmos, and the divine realms assist me with life, client work, and personal growth.Rather than calling in a vast number of guides, I’ve found that focusing on the select Spirit Partners aligned with my needs leads to clear, powerful guidance. Without intentionality, spiritual work can become scattered, making it harder to receive precise messages.
Spiritual Protection: A Key Part of Working with Spirit Partners
Before diving deeper, let’s discuss one of the most crucial aspects of working with Spirit Partners—protection. When we open ourselves to the spiritual realm, we must set boundaries to ensure the highest vibrations guide us. This includes:
- Protecting yourself and your energy
- Protecting the space you’re in
- Ensuring the guidance you receive aligns with your highest good
By maintaining strong spiritual boundaries, you create a clear and safe pathway for connecting with your Spirit Partners and receiving their wisdom.
How Do I Work With My Spirit Partners?
So, how do I actually communicate with my Spirit Partners?
For me, it’s a continuous and natural process. My connection with them is not something I schedule—it’s an ongoing dialogue. I ask, and they respond. At times, I hold structured meetings with my guides for in-depth guidance, but most of the time, our communication flows effortlessly.
Trust is everything. At first, I questioned the logic of some messages I received. But as I practiced faith and acted on their guidance, my confidence in their wisdom deepened. Now, whether I’m driving, journaling, or simply reflecting, I receive channeled insights with ease.
The Learning Process: Developing Trust in Spirit Partners
Learning to work with Spirit Partners is a process. When I started, I asked questions I already knew the answers to. This helped me recognize how their responses came through.
Key Lesson: Asking clear questions leads to clear answers. Vague questions lead to confusion!
As my practice evolved, I learned to phrase my questions precisely. This refinement allowed my Spirit Partners to provide exact guidance, helping me navigate challenges with clarity.
How to Recognize Signs from Your Spirit Partners
Your Spirit Partners are already communicating with you every day—you just need to recognize their messages.
- They may not always “speak” in words. Messages can come through signs, symbols, intuitive nudges, dreams, or synchronicities.
- You might feel a deep knowing, hear a guiding voice in your mind, or receive sudden insights.
- The more you acknowledge their presence and act on their guidance, the stronger the connection becomes.
The first step to forming a powerful relationship with your Spirit Partners is learning to recognize their communication style and translate their messages into action.
